Hello Please I'm having serious problems and i really hope you'll help me. I just got a prepaid card from my bank for paypal. When Im linking the card to my paypal its asking for a 4-digit code. Where's that 4 digit code found? When will i know when i get it? I tried the 4 code on my prepaid card and now paypal's telling me that my card is no longer in my wallet. When im tryi g to re-add it. Its not working. Please help me cause i really need to use it. And also, will paypal refund me the chardes it took before removing my card? Please it woul be helpful if i could get some answer.
