You can request that another confirmation email be sent to you.
Here’s how:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Confirm email address under "Notifications."
- Click request a new confirmation number.
- Check your inbox for an email with the new number.
If the above does not work or you can't find what you need (becasue of the New View changes), suggest that you follow-up customer support with your concerns. This can be done via email, phone or through Twitter @AskPayPal or via Private Message on their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PayPal
