I have an expired card set as my primary credit card ment method. I do not have the card anymore, there was fruad on it years ago. They want me to update the expiration date, but I cannotand they do not give me the option to remove it nor can I use any other card on file. VERY frustrating to say the least. How do I fix this???

ummm.. there are paypal mods who CAN answer and I HAVE asked via FB.... I have no minutes to call them and wait on hold... They have not answered. The Paypal Mods NEED to PM me at the least...
