linking account

I am unable to link my bank account or my credit card what am I doing wrong it found my account but it won't link them.

Impossible to answer as you have given no info on what country you are in or what country your paypal account is or what country your bank or card is.

I am having the same issue. I enter my bank routing number and account number, but receive a message saying the request can't be completed at this time, to try again later. I've gotten this message for a week now. My bank is JP Morgan, United States based. I am located in the U.S.
