VERIFYING a DEBIT CARD AND THEN GOT BLOCKED.

I enter wrong code a week ago when trying to verify. Already email to paypal but no respon from them until now. I email some document few days ago and still NO RESPON. what should i do next? Do i have to wait and see? i can't them by phone, because roaming is too expensive. Is there any solution to reset my Debit Card?

The best way to resolve issues like this is phone customer support.  Unfortunately that can be a challenge, but works better than emails for issues of this nature.  As no one here can view account details, you need customer support to help.
