I've sold here and there on eBay since 2009, but in January, I made eBay my second job. We've sold over 200 items, so we need to upgrade to a business account. I did that on eBay, but can't do it on PayPal. I click on the "Provide your Tax Information" link, but when I select the EIN Number (Will upgrade to a business account) option, I can't complete it. The page says that I have a restriction on the account: That restriction is that we haven't entered our tax information. I of course, can't do one with out the other! What should I do?
