Trying to resolve limitations.

Hello,

My account got limited because Paypal thinks someone else has been using my account even though it wasn't the case.

Now I'm on the last step of resolving limitations and I just need to confirm my credit card. Whenever I try to add it, it says my account is limited and asks me to go back to resolution center to resolve it.

Any advice on how to add the credit card to remove the limitations?

Thank you.

The response says you need to confirm your credit card. When did you add your credidt card?  Did you fail to confirm it?

I tried confirming a card a couple years  ago or so, but the card itself hadn't had access to online banking and I couldn't use it to confirm, so I removed it. I finally got a card which can be used for online purchases, but it doesn't allow me to add it.

In the past you attempted to confirm a card, but failed.  It could appear suspicious.

Now you want to add a card again and PayPal security systems may create some issues.

You'll probably need to phone PayPal customer service for help.
