Transferring funds from bank 2 Paypal

Can anyone Help Me? After the new update, I find I'm unable 2 add funds 2 my Pp. I called customer support on 2 seperate occasions. They did their best, within an hour & I was asked 2 wait a few days. I try everyday. Yesterday I asked 4 a supervisor. In a nutshell, he said " our security system sees you as a threat 2 the account" & no further action was offered. I am bewildered. He did not care that I've been a customer for 16 years or that I keep an account with paypal. Is there anything I can do? Is there someone I can ask to speak to? I have limited knowledge of technology, being a Babyboomer. This does not make sense tho...
