Hi, I want a straight answer to my question before I use Paypal.
If a person with a personal account sends money for family and friends who have a business account, what personal information will the receiver get from the sender?
I see sometimes when I receive money the name, email address AND home address of sender, other times just name and email address, why?
As for getting additional info, we can't say - someone would have to look at the user's account setup, type, etc. As this is a member to member help group, that's not something we can do, only customer support can do that. You would need to follow-up with them,
