Receive USD, but want UK Pounds - settings?

I live in the UK, but occasionally get payments sent to me in USD. How do get PayPal to automatically exchange the USD for Pounds Sterling?

Go to Seller Preferences > Block Payments > Select Yes setting for Allow payments sent to me in a currency I do not hold

If you have UK PayPal account, that should automatically accept USD or any other currency and convert them to GBP for you.
