Paypal Here unable to update - fails on step 2 of installation

Hi there,

The latest update (June 2016) fails to update.  I'm using a Samsung phone and both phone and white card reader are plugged in and charging. 

The App downloads the update, moves onto installation and fails at Step 2 of 4.

Any help?

Is this the smartphone app or the bluetooth reader that you are updating?

Are you usuing WiFi or data connection?

In what country are you?

Update -

Card reader completes the two download stages, then the four installation stages then goes back to the download stages and fails on second download.

If I turn the phone off and back on again it will work for one or two transactions and then insist on an update again.

How do I stop this loop?

UK, using Nexus 5 and/or Samsung S2 same result with both.
