My paper Paypal Credit statement says I can receive electronic statements. I have spent HOURS trying to find the section on my online account that allows me to select eletronic statements. I cannot find a single thing. And it doesn't look like I'm the only one having this problem.
PLEASE MAKE THE OPTION FOR PAPERLESS/ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS MORE VISIBLE!!!!!!
Please tell me how I can receive electronic statements. I hate receiving paper mail.
Not a direct statement, but I get an email every month to let me know my statement is available. There is also a summary of what needs to be paid. There is link to go to my PaPal account for details.
I never get a paper statement in the mail, although I wish I did.
