SO im looking for information on how i can close my account. Your going to tell me the steps listed in the help options but i have already dont that. My account number for this account is old and i dont have it anymore because i have a new one. i haven't used the older one so therefore I don't remember it so that's my dilemma. They give you only one option to close your account and I'm stuck.

I am sorry you have not been able to close your account. The best way to get your account closed would be to contact PayPal directly. An agent can assist you with getting this taken care of.
