Little brother played with my PayPal and changed the account type to Business

So yesterday, my little brother changed my personal accoutn to a business one. I caught him after he clicked on the upgrade button and now my account won't let me do anything until I input my business details (I don't have any business anymore..). I had my account downgraded to personal account quite some time ago and I'm using this account to receive payments from YouTube. If I go through with the business account, it'll get limited for sure because I don't have a business license. 

Help?
