I would like to add my son's account to my PayPal. However, it says the name on the card should be the same as that on my paypal. Would there be a problem if i did add my sons account? What can I do if it doesn't allow me to do so?

Yes there may be a problem, you may not be able to buy and your account may be limited as the card name does not belong to the owner of the account.
Why not add your own card or your son open his own paypal account.
