I have checked with my provider (Sprint) to make sure shortcode text messages are not blocked, which they confirmed. I have tried several times to link my mobile and it never sends the code. The number is correct cause I used another service to test my text messaging and I recieved the text in less than 10 seconds. But I never get a message from PayPal.
So I made an account and password with Paypal, then I did the same here (paypal-community.com) to write you this comment, and now you say I need to sign up and make an other account at ppmts.custhelp or tech support??????
Are you for real?? Is someone at tech support going to ask me to sign up or make an account somewhere else?
