SSN is US citizen tax ID number.
ITIN is for those who are not eligible for SSN but are permanent or legal non-citizen US residents. You have ITIN, right?
Got to Resolution Center to see what you need to do to remove account limitation.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
