I need help getting my money

I have 400 dollars in my wallet and a card linked to my acct. How do I get the 400 onto my card so I can go to an atm and withdraw it?

You can only withdraw funds to a bank account linked and verified to your paypal account and not a card.

That is unless you have a paypal card where you can deduct from the balance when you use that card.
