I'm having problems with my donation button?

I have made a button for donations but recieved several emails complaining that it said that I only accept donations from Paypal Serbia users.I haven't found a setting for that.How do I change it?

No,I have a PayPal Serbia account,but thought it was only logical that any paypal member can donate?

Unfortunately not.  Not all countries have the same PayPal features.  Each country has unique banking regulations and tax laws.  PayPal can work with some countries easier than others.  Per this info, residents of Serbia have limited PayPal features.  https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside

Oh,thank you.Does this change?Because right now it seems that the only thing I can do with my account is send money. I hope it changes soon,but thanks for explaining!
