Fully verified but there are still receiving limits

Hello Paypal,

I got an email from you yesterday informing me that you have reviewed my documents and receiving limits have been lifted. The thing is that i still have limits when i login to my account. I have submitted all the information and documents and i can see that all the ticks are in green. I tried to contact customer support but they didn't help me and said i had no any limits but i do have. Please check this as it is a little bit annoying. Thanks a lot in advance

Have you tried refreshing your web browser, delete temp files, cookies, and history?  Close browser, reopen and retry.
