There is a $300/day limit to transfering money from your Paypal account to Paypal debit card.
There is a $500/month limit to transfering money from Paypal account to personal bank account.
My question is, are these limits combined? In other words, if I transfer $500 to my bank account, does that mean I cannot tranfer any money to my Paypal debit card for the rest of the month?
