My question is, can you have a paypal account with a joint bank account connected to it. I'm asking for a friend who is under 18 years old and does business on ebay. My friend said her mom would be more than willing to open a joint bank account under her name and my friend's name. So it's a joint bank account with a mom(older than 18) and a daughter who is under 18. Can you do that with paypal or not?
