Passenger I attempted to update with the new expiration date for my credit card, Pay Pal won't accept it. It says I have entered the wrong CVS number when I have entered the correct one.
I found the same problem. It took my debit card info right away but won't allow me to add ANY credit cards at all. What is more frustrating is that you can't talk to a live person. I think we should all be complaining to EBAY, maybe that will get some results...
To call PayPal... login to your PayPal account, click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any PayPal page and select the "Call Us" option to obtain a Web PIN number and the PayPal phone number for your account.
