I am unable to confirm my phone. I recieve the code but when I enter it paypal site tells me "Sorry, Could not confirm phone, pleae try again later". What can I do?
When you run into account profile change issues, it's best to contact customer support for assistance. As this is a member to member help group, no one here can access or view user account information, only customer support can. Thanks, I have tried. I don't have facebook, the emails are canned responses where they won't actually read the question I am typing and phone support is no go since I don't speak Hindi. I guess I will just never have a confirmed phone number. I don't really care, it is paypal that keeps nagging me to do it then won't let me.
