Is it possible to recieve payment to my paypal account without linking it to a debt card (visa-mastercard-etc) For example can someone send money to my paypal account which isnt linked to a bank account and then I can use that money to purchase things online or send payments to other people
You will need to have a bank account, a debit card or a credit card linked to your PayPal account before you can send any payments. This includes payments which are funded by your PayPal account balance.
