Hi im looking to see if my mother is getting scamed,She has sold an item to a so called friend (not ebay) and she has received an email in SPAM saying that her friend has payed,there is no money went into her account,we have never came across this before so shes very worried thankyou for your help jk

You can find tips for determining whether or not an email was sent from us here. Also, I recommend forwarding suspicious emails over to review@PayPal.com so that our teams can take a closer look.
