can't mark invoices Paid in iOS.

I am lately having problems marking invoices paid both in 1Password for iOS and in Safari for iOS. When I get to the select payment method screen PayPal freezes. Anyone experience this? Solutions?
iPad Pro (2nd gen) iOS 11.0.3
