buyer wants item shipped to a slightly different adres

Hi, 

So a buyer wants an item shipped to a slightly different adres. 

The street name, house number and city are the same. He said paypal did not let him enter his correct adress (country ), he is from Iceland. 

on paypal he is from the united states, and zip code is from india. 

So it's not a whole other adres but slightly different. Is this a problem for me as seller? Can he win a claim saying he never got the item?
