I have arranged to sell an item, price is agreed, purchaser is in a different country.
We are both cautious as this is a largish transaction and would like the surety of PayPal, I knowing the money is in "escrow", he knowing that if the item is not delivered or as promised can be returned for a refund.
I was going to do this through an eBay auction but it is I think unnessesarily expensive considering the deal is set. I think I can do what I want directly through PayPal but I am lost as to where to start. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
