Unwanted Currency Conversion

 So I want to get paid in USD and half or so of the payments I recieve from people are converted into CAD and must pay a fee to do that.  I don't want to be paid in CAD and the payments I do get in that currency I refund and send back.

Is there an option so that all of my payments will be converted into USD only?

Bumping for same problem with the same two currencies. 

Started out doing so a month or two ago. Still does even if USD is set as the primary currency. 

It only does so when receiving payment from US clients

for my freelance services. It's not a problem with Ebay or with that other site i'm using to sell things. 

Got any answers from paypal help?

The same thing happen to me as well. I tried to get in contact with Paypal but did not get a response.

Paypal do not appear to care. I wonder if we send out Paypal invoices requesting US funds... will we get US funds? Anyone tried this?

BTW... I tried to contact Paypal but was unable. Played "press 9 for..." until I gave up.

Paypal told me the customer sent Can$. But that is not correct, I checked with the customer.
