I recently purchased an item from someone who, just prior to delivering my item (which was a hassle in itself) revealed they are only 15. After looking at their PayPal profile compared to their Facebook, it appears they are using their own email but using someone else's (presumably their father's) name, info and credit card. I have spoken to a number of people who have purchased from them and warned them this person is underage, but I can't seem to figure out how to report it directly to PayPal. Help?
