US $ in Canadian accounts

Hey PayPal

I live in Canada and  I hv a US$ credit card and US$ bank account with a Canadian bank.      Can you please allow me to do transactions in US$ without you automatically converting to C$ and charging me a 2.5%+  foreign exchange fee!!!!
