I just sold an item on eBay and received a payment, which is on hold, to my PayPal Account. I want to get the 22% off for shipping through eBay/paypal, but i do not have a bank account. Can i add a prepaid visa to my account to ship the package? Or should i just take it to the post office and just pay the full price?
