Refund

I issued a refund but the buyer does not have a papal account . She payed through eBay with her credit card how does she get her money.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Help Forums! Great question about how refunds are credited! 🙂

Even if a buyer paid as a guest, we'll make sure they receive the refund. How a refund is credited depends on how the buyer funded their payment. If the buyer paid through a card, we'll return the money to their card.
