When I log in to my PayPal account, I no longer see the option to create buttons to embed on my website. Where have they gone?

I have the same issue. BUT I found a backway into getting into the button section however I have another problem.
When people click on the link to pay through paypal, they are taken to a checkout area but there is no option for credit card. Do I need to unluck the ability for customers to use credit card?
Thanks,
Adam

I found it by going to
Profile (top right gear icon)
Profile and Settings
My selling tools (on the left)
Paypal Buttons (in the selling options section)
Update
Alternatively, you can try this link:
https://www.paypal.com/ca/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_button-management
This way is WAY more inconvenient than the old option in the Tools tab, and I want to know why PayPal decided to hide the paypal buttons.
If anyone knows how to bring back the PayPal Buttons in Tools, that would be greatly appreciated!
