Not again

So i needed to send my tracking number to verify its sent..nd i havent yet received a payment..the email said up to one hr..its been over an hr. No payment or email yet. Is it a fake or scam?

Sounds as if you have been scammed.

Paypal do not tell you to send trackable, they advise it for selling protection but it is not compulsory.
