I've started selling products on a website which allows paypal payments from my buyers. However, the payments made to my paypal account have been held. I read up on the help page that new paypal users have their payments held only until shipping is confirmed for the item, or if the item has been successfully delivered. All my products sold have been delivered, and I'm still waiting for the payments to be released. What is wrong or what can I do to have the payments released?
