Extra email notifications after using PayPal shipping

Several months back be started receiving extra shipping notices when we used paypal's shipping services with canadapost. So we receive one email notice saying youve created a shipping lable... and then another one from canadapost saying something similar and then another when the item is delivered. All three of these email notices are unneeded and clog ones mail program daily. We have written paypal before about this and so has another company with no replies. And yes we have checked all settings in all known areas of both canadapost, shipping modulses on our site and paypal notification settings...
