I am am Indian resident with merchant account. I run a website: www.explorebengalfestival.com
This website is to invite foreign people all over the world in a festival. I have set woocommerce currency to USD. The transaction ran well in sandbox. But in Live, whenever i am doing a test with another account, it shows "return to merchant" error. Paypal support says: "Upon checking, I could see payment can't go through due to the currency passing from the website. Buyer account is from India, and your website passing USD as a currency which is not accepted in PayPal for domestic payment (From Indian Buyer account to Indian seller account)."
So, how do i know, that transaction from other countries will go well?
