Change Buy now button image to French

I have created some hosted PayPal Buy Now buttons and am using them on a Wordpress.org hosted website. One must code an image link and then attach a link to the hosted Buy Now button. I am now creating translated pages in French and would like to use the same hosted buttons but with a French image. Where do I find buy now images in French? In addition, if possible, I would like to direct the user to the PayPal payment page in French. Any advice welcomed.
