Hello community, iam a seller of a virtual game currency (Path of Exile) already done selling about moreless 450++ transaction (4 of that is open case) all of that case is about *transaction without authorization* 3 of them paypal send it back the money to me (thanksgod) because i always take a screenshot of every single chat (on skype) and game, and always tell buyer to give me a NOTE on sending money (howmany/what he buy and on what server) which is there's is no way buyer sending money *without authorization*, iam i right guys? and this time its happen again buyer want refund the money and using Menu *transaction without authorization* and this time is about the buyer buy 100Exalt in game (il explain everything which is maybe u guys (community) maybe dont understand because this is virtual item/in game) and cost 59$ which is that quite alot to me and realy hard work in game to get that 100Exalt, but this time paypal refund the money to the buyer, IDK why paypal do this, i already give every single proof about the transaction same as another 3 done case and the buyer is already give a NOTE on sending money (howmany/what he buy and on what server) and this is already not a transaction *without authorization* right? but why paypal still sending/refund the money to the buyer?

you have done 450 transactions and you just find out?

Only physical items are covered, no protection for virtual items.

You'll need to have tracking number from shipping company which reports item "Delivered". Virtual items are not shipped so no tracking code, no seller protection.

he is saying he has won the dispute in the past,so why didnt he not win this time?

no one knows ,this is a member forum,we dont make Paypal policy,so if you want an answer, call Paypal.

My bet is that Paypal will tell you the same -virtual items do not get seller protection
