I have a pending transaction to 'balancecalm' that I have never heard of. there is No merchant information and it will not allow me to open a case in resolution center...........what can I do to stop it so it doesn't go to my bank account and possibly cause overdraft fees

If you're unable to file a case online, I would advise contacting us so that we can help get a case filed for you. If this charge is coming through to your bank, you can always reach out to them to see what options they may have to protect your account. Hopefully this is resolved for you soon!
