Im trying to put some money into my bank account from PayPal, I have 2 problems right now, first, is when I do the transaction I chose instant transaction (it says it'll take up to a minute or an hour) but after hours its still pending, when will I get my money?? Second, I'm trying to do another transaction to my bank on my phone, when I click transfer to my bank it says "There's a problem" "Right now, we're not able to complete this transaction" COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME??
