sellers didn't complete my order

the seller didn't complete my order, the authorized payment money is in pending account. will the money return automatically if the sellers still no response. Or when the payment can become unclaimed so i can cancel the payment?

ok then if the pending status does not complete then it 'times out' at 30 days post payment.
