I'm aware it's impossible to reopen a dispute you have closed yourself, but what about a dispute you lost? If you were to get new information or proof...

You can appeal it when given the option to in the Resolution Center.

What answer do you want.  If you want to ignore good advice, maybe it's best you respond to your question with your own answer so the answer is to your liking.

Yes, by appealing the decision when PayPal ruled against you. You may be able to file an appeal of the decision with PayPal if you have new or compelling information not available at the time of the original determination or you believe there was an error in the decision-making process.
