I think I got scammed with a replacement battery for my laptop on ebay. I'm trying to report the problem using "report a problem" but everytime i use the function, select my transaction, product, etc. and click report... it says
"We're sorry, something went wrong. Please try again."
Tried with multiple browsers, computers and hours of the day.
