I bought 3 tickets to jdtickets.com on 02/04/2017 and I haven't receive them jet. I contact them and thy asked my for my name, e-mail and my paypall receipt. my question is can i send the receipt whit out compromise my personal information?

Look for the PayPal email receipt, look at the information available on there.  Is there any information on it you are not comfortable in showing?  If ok with the info, forward it to the seller so they can help you with your order.

did you receive a confirmation email from them?

They should do the work,not you.

look up the transaction and see if the payment was sent and to whom?
