WARNING FOR PayPal. If you had a Case open like, for example, a product did not come or resemble and then close it when the product comes, you're **bleep**.e.d forever for other issues forward, such as broken items or similar. PayPal allows you to open only one case per order. This benefits, for example, companies that deliver bad and in this way you lose the warranty. SO WARNING!
