i got a charge for 118.95 today via pay pal for alotrip international limited and the ship to was to a <removed> in <removed>.

i looked up alotrip international and it appears to be a viet nam travel agency

when i try to go to pay pal resolution center it does not show up as a charge

1. what do i do

2. is there a phone number to call at pay pal to discuss this
