<webform at intl.paypal.com >- is this scam?

Hello. 

I have send email to PayPal regarding scam and later on I received email from 'webform [] intl.paypal.com'.

Is this genuine PayPal email ot is it part of the scam.

What were the contents of the e-mail?

It's like a list of FAQ. Also the subject states 'Questions about Spoof or Phishing VV44REXGE (KMM114970656V52287L0KM) :ppEU'.

But all the other email I received regarding this Spoof were from service [] intl.paypal.com and spoof[]paypal.com.

Seems like just a standard response to a messsage you sent to spoof.  It's just informative and not asking you to take any action.
